doing cardio at night tires you out. I slept like a baby.

Day 9 of My 21 Day Reset

In addition to my entire routine, I got back into the gym last night to try out day one of my new weekly cardio plan. I set the elevation to level 9 on the treadmill and started walking at speed 3.0.

I was actually suprised how fatigued I started getting between 15 and 20 minutes. Thoughts of quitting started to creep in around 18 but I was able to push through to 30 minutes without stopping. Not bad for day one. My goal is to get to 45 minutes at a higher speed.

I’ll tell you one thing, doing cardio at night tires you out. I slept like a baby.

Day 9 Results - My weight dropped again, this time by half a pound. I am down to 203.8 from 208.8. Woke up to fatigued legs from last nights cardio, so that should make leg day interesting today.

Photo - one of my workout partners Kevin well into our leg work out today. Titus has us doing five sets starting with 50 reps, then add weight for 40 reps, add more weight for 30 reps, then 20 and all the way down to 10 for a total of 150 reps. Beast mode!

Key lesson: Evening cardio tires you out in the best way.

Summary: Reset Day 9: night cardio, no alcohol, and sleep like a baby.
