Thought I would switch gears from my health journey today and give you all an update on how I am performing as a first time Real Estate Fund Manager.
As you may remember from previous posts, I started my first real estate fund earlier this year. This first one is a $25M fund and I began fundraising in May.
I am pleased to report that I just passed the $20M mark in total capital raised. I’m getting the hang of this! Learning something new every day.
