Lori and I had a great time attending my good buddy’s Mike Stein’s wedding in Del Mar, San Diego yesterday. Given I went to college in San Diego, its a very familiar place for me to visit and I always enjoy my trips there. Even more so when I get to celebrate such a soecial occasion.
I have known Mike for nearly 30 years. He was introduced to me by my best childhood friend in my late 20’s while living in Manhattan Beach. I invited Mike to speak at my very first personal development event in Keystone, Colorado. It was called Business Camp and its purpose was to inspire college students to widen their perspectives on what they could do with their lives after college. It was the precursor to University of Dreams and my very first attempt to inspire people to choose to live their best life. 
Mike went on to become one of the most prolific licensing experts in the world. He joined my board of directors when I was building University of Dreams and has been a supportive friend for the last three decades. He has also been an inspiration to me healthwise as, believe it or not, Mike’s got a couple of years on me and still play’s full court pick-up basketball regularly and is in the same shape he was when in when I met him in his late 20’s.
It was so nice to see him so happy and surrounded by so many people that love him and his new lovely wife Eliza.
