Timeless
Getting back to the basics is my commitment.

It’s been a mnute since I have shared anything straight from my personal development toolkit.

For many years I had a gratitude practice that I did every morning upon waking. I have also been a day dreamer my entire life, essentially manifesting things I want to accomplish. And finally, I have always prayed for those in my life that need support.

I would like to bring these three beautiful & effective practices back into focus by intentionally creating a new morning ritual upon waking.

First, I will give gratitude for everything I am grateful for that occurred the day before.

Second, I will say a pray for family & friends in need of support.

Third, I will manifest the things I want to accomplish.

Getting back to the basics is my commitment.

Key lesson: Getting back to basics is the most powerful commitment you can make.

Summary: Returns to his core ritual: morning gratitude, prayer, and manifestation.
