Timeless
You can't buy your way to health.

Being back in my hometown has been really special. I’ve run into a lot of old friends and family who are seeing my health transformation for the first time in person.

The question I get most often is: “How did you do it?”

Everyone in this group already knows my story, and it is a good one, but I usually don’t go there. Instead, I hear a different question underneath it:

“How could I do it too?”

So I try to keep the answer simple. Because if someone is asking that question, they usually don’t want to hear about anything complicated or extreme. I know this because I used to be that person.

I boil it down to just three things:

• Strength train 3x per week for about an hour

• Eat whole foods, with an emphasis on protein

• Commit to daily movement — walk, run, bike, skip, dance, have sex… it honestly doesn’t matter. Just move.

That’s a great start!

If you do any of the above with consistency, you’ll start to see improvement in your health within three months. If you do all of them consistently, you’ll be a very different person in six months.

Almost without fail, the conversation eventually turns to biohacking. Unheathly people desire shortcuts. Sometimes people assume I’m on a GLP drug (I’m not). Other times they’re curious about the “hacks” they keep hearing about or are unsure whether they should even admit they’re using them.

My response is always the same:

Save biohacking for the moment when you can honestly look in the mirror and say you’re doing the above basics consistently. You can’t buy your way to health.

But once you are healthy, biohacking done responsibly and guided by bloodwork can absolutely help you take things to another level. I only recently discovered them and am not an expert. I take a daily regiment of supplements and a couple of peptides like NAD+, BPC157 (now with Wolverine added), and Glutathion.

My entire biohacking stack, if you're interested, is posted below as well as my progress over the last four months from doing all the above recommendations with consistency. If you have questions, feel free to DM me.

Start simple. Stay consistent. Gain momentum.

Key lesson: You cannot buy your way to health; you build it with basics done consistently.

Summary: Hometown friends ask how he did it; he answers with three simple basics.
