I truly won the lottery when I was assigned a mother.
My mom is the reason I believe in myself and remain fueled by inspiration. She is the most empathetic person I know - kind, intelligent, and fiercely loyal.
She’s a Hall of Fame coach in women’s sports, a mother of five, a grandmother of six, and now a great-grandmother of one.
Most of all, she is my example of strength, grace, and love. I am deeply grateful that on her 92nd trip around the sun, she’s still going strong.
