It’s very rare, but sometimes, I tour a property for sale that takes my breath away. Everything slows down. I slide my camera (cell phone) into my pocket and I become 100% present. I tune out what the realtor or owner is saying. I lock into my five senses and my heart rate slows. And in that moment, my most powerful skill gets invited into the equation.
My Imagination is unleashed.
This turns me into the Dreamer I was born to be, like SuperMan putting on his cape.
It begins to visualize the property’s future, as well as the joy I will derive from it. It manifests investor returns so lucrative they would be foolish to pass. It presents opportunities for my wife, and business partner, that would be exciting to her. It creates opportunities for my best employees and vendors. Finally, it presents ways that customers will be astounded.
If my Imagination survives this gauntlet, it challenges me to find a way to make it happen.
This is my favorite part, cause one thing I know about myself for sure, is that if I choose to truly accept a challenge, by making a choice, it is going to happen!
I spend my whole life chasing this moment. It is why I am so clear when it happens! This occurred Monday. The Dreamer in me has certainly awakened!
