One More Culinary Post - Italian Style! 🇮🇹
Tonight we ate at the only 3-star Michelin restaurant in all of Florence: Enoteca Pinchiorri.
It compared very favorably to the 3-star restaurant we experienced in Provence, France. Though, if we’re splitting hairs, we’d give an edge to the French. That said, tonight’s meal was outstanding from start to finish.
The pacing of the evening was just right, served under two hours. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and a great example of why Florence holds such an important place in the culinary world. We would rank it in our Top Ten meals globally.
