🇫🇷✨ A New Chapter Begins… ✨🇮🇹
Now that I’ve shared the year long story of my health journey with you, I’m ready to open the door to the next adventure, and this one feels like a dream.
Today, Lori and I begin packing for a new chapter abroad. While we’ve both traveled extensively, this will be our very first time living outside the U.S. We’ll be calling Paris home for two months, followed by a month of travel through Italy prospecting real estate.
Yes, we are thrilled. Yes, we are nervous. And yes, we are very excited!
As I shared with a few of you already, we’ve been accepted into one of the top cooking schools in the world - a program that has us in the kitchen 4 to 7 hours a day, five days a week for two months. Classes begin in just two weeks, and we’ll be learning, hands-on, in the heart of a city known for its beauty, elegance, and culinary mastery.
Weekends will be our time to explore both France and nearby countries. I can’t wait to soak in every bit of culture, language, and inspiration this experience has to offer.
Of course, I’ll miss Miami deeply. It’s now our home and we will return to it. But stepping into a new culture, learning a new craft, and continuing my health journey in a completely different environment… it’s the kind of challenge that lights me up. It’s already fueling my creativity, curiosity, and sense of purpose.
I can’t wait to take you along on this new path to share the inspirational moments, meals, lessons, and no doubt, the laughter (and maybe even a few kitchen disasters!).
