Today I indulged in the very first swim in our brand new pool at Hamakua Hotel. It took nearly two years to get the County of Hawaii to approve our architectural plans and another year to build it. So, you can imagine how great it felt to finally swim in it. Our GM Val Mendoza took these photos of Chef Joseph and I for posterity sake.
