I am super excited about the considerable interest in my upcoming real estate retreat in Hawaii October 5-9. I had two great questions this morning I would like to share with you all who are considering it.
“Will it only focus on Airbnb type investments? Also, which property will it be delivered at?”
No, Short Term Vacation Rental Ownership will receive a healthy amount of time in my curriculum but it will not be the only focus. We will spend considerable time on both residential and commercial real estate acquisition and management, as well as creative fundraising strategies to secure down payments and other investment capital.
We will run one retreat but utilize both properties as one group. Since Bliss Island is a commercial property zoned as a hotel/resort and Waterfralling is residential usd as a short term vacation rental, we have two awesome case studies to examine and profile, while enjoying them tremendously. This also makes it possible to host up to 20 guests. The properties are only eight minutes apart and we will use our Mercedes Sprinter Van for transport between properties. This will provide some exceptional variety.
