Timeless
I can't think of a single customer in two years that we didn't send home in a joyful mindset.

Hey Inspired Crew. I’ve been a bit incognito the last few weeks. Had multiple retreats at my Bliss Island property to operate and they always require my full attention. I’m seeing a clear theme from retreat customers this year that I would like to share. After two wacky years brought about by Covid people seem to want two things.

One, is to feel better. A lot of people are coming off major life changes be it career, divorce, overcoming health issues, loss of loved ones, etc. Hawaii has such a healing nature to it and I believe we do an excellent job of creating a euphoric experience at our property. It’s a real joy for me to see someone transform from unhappy & serious to blissful & breezy in just a few days time. I can’t think of a single customer in two years that we didn’t send home in a joyful mindset.

Two, is the desire for reinvention. Hawaii reminds each visitor what makes them happy & joyful, inspiring a desire to want more of these feelings when they return home. At Bliss Island we encourage this and provide tools to help people create the lives they really desire. It’s our specialty. This leads to rejuvination and healthy transformations for all our guests. Nobody escapes without this type of inspiration.

I really love what I do and can’t wait to host each and every one of you in the years that come! The photo below was taken at one of our nightly sunset happy hours.

Key lesson: Guests arrive off major life changes wanting to feel better and reinvent; Hawaii reminds them what makes them happy and joyful.

Summary: Two patterns in 2022 retreat guests: wanting to feel better and wanting reinvention.
