A few weeks ago, I shared a unique opportunity to purchase a villa adjacent to the resort my Fund is acquiring on the Italian Riviera.
I asked for your opinions, and you overwhelmingly encouraged me to go for it.
Well, after giving it a lot of thought, I decided you were right. Assuming everything proceeds as expected, we should enter escrow within the next 30 days.
The resort itself has already been beautifully renovated, but this villa is a different story. It is older and will require a complete transformation before it can become part of our luxury resort experience.
Fortunately, the Italian architect who redesigned the resort’s two existing villas is truly world class, so I will be in very good hands. My role will mostly consist of approving beautiful renderings while raising the capital needed to bring the vision to life.
The exciting part is that once the renovation is complete, every room can be monetized immediately as part of the resort’s operations under what we are currently calling Villa 3.
