momentum is rarely one giant breakthrough.

Momentum is a fascinating thing. It’s hard to build, easy to lose, and once you finally feel it moving in the right direction, you realize how much of life is really about protecting it.

I’ve been feeling a lot of gratitude because momentum seems to be showing up across almost every area of my life right now. My health and fitness journey continues to move in the right direction and honestly, I feel better at 50+ than I did for all of my 30s and 40s. Not because of some magic hack, just consistency stacking on top of consistency. One good decision leading to another.

Professionally, my Fund is now officially launched and doing really well right out of the gate, which feels incredibly rewarding after all the planning, structuring, and learning that went into it these last six months.

Personally, Miami is starting to feel more and more like home. I’ve been making a lot of great new friends here and building the kind of community and camaraderie that makes life feel rich outside of business too.

And June 2nd I head back to Hawaii to host a couple of special events at the properties, which always fills my cup. There’s something really meaningful about bringing great people together in beautiful places and creating experiences they’ll remember for the rest of their lives. It never gets old for me.

Most importantly, my Dad has recovered really well from his recent hospital stay, which has brought a huge sense of relief to our family. Seeing him regain his strength and spirit has probably been the best momentum of all.

I guess the lesson is this… momentum is rarely one giant breakthrough. More often, it’s a series of small aligned actions repeated long enough that you sometimes reach a flow state and you begin to Live Rich Now!

And when that starts happening, appreciate it. Protect it. Build on it. Because positive momentum might be one of the most valuable forces in the world.

Key lesson: Momentum is built from small aligned actions repeated; appreciate it, protect it, build on it.

Summary: Grateful reflection on momentum across health, fund, Miami friendships, and dad's recovery.
