Who This Is For
Over the past few weeks, I’ve shared quite a bit about what I’m building with Culinary Oasis. The vision, the properties, the people, and what the experience actually feels like.
At this point, I’ve had enough conversations to start noticing a pattern. This isn’t for everyone. And that’s intentional.
Some people are looking for purely financial investments. They want to analyze, optimize, and treat it entirely as a numbers exercise. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with that. But that’s not really what I’m building here.
This is for people who value experience just as much as outcome. People who understand that where you spend your time matters. People who enjoy bringing friends, family, or clients into environments that feel special.
It’s also for people who like being a little early. Not because it’s risky…but because it’s more interesting. Because you get to be part of shaping something, not just participating in it later.
And maybe most importantly…it’s for people who care who they’re in it with. Because in my experience, that ends up being the most important variable of all.
I’ve become a lot more aware of this over the years. Not every opportunity is meant for every person. And not every person is meant for every opportunity.
When the alignment is right, though…it tends to be pretty obvious.
I’m headed to Nashville this weekend to pick up my wonderful Mother to bring her to Miami for a vacation, but early next week I’ll likely reach out to a handful of you who I think would really enjoy being a part of this.
