Our new menu has landed at our Hamakua Hotel in Hawaii. Every three months our Michelin Chef Edward Delling-Williams flies in from Paris to implement two new menus for our 7-course tasting menu experience on Tuesdays & Fridays. His latest creation exceeded all our very high expectations (even through my new Chef Eric lens 😎)! Bon appétit!
