Day 37 of 60 | Bonjour, Paris! 🇫🇷✨
Back in Paris tonight after a lovely train ride home from Normandy. Lori and I had such a wonderful time getting to know the family of our business partner, Chef Edward Delling-Williams.
Before dropping us at the station, Edward made us some incredible pancakes and then swung by his restaurant Le Presbytère and gave us a private tour. It opened in 2022 and he earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand in his second year, and has kept it every year since. The place was in full winter shut-down mode, but even quiet and resting, you can feel the soul in those walls. (Photos attached!)
Meanwhile, back at École Ducasse, our class schedule is shifting from the brutal 7:45 AM starts to afternoon and evening sessions: 3:00 PM to 9:30 PM.
The gym rat in me… and the man who unapologetically adores eight hours of sleep… is absolutely thrilled. This might actually be a life-changing development.
Paris, cooking school, great friends, better sleep… I’ll take it. 🙌
