Today’s culinary adventure: hand-rolled gnocchi, scallops cooked to bougie perfection, and a fish called Mullet, which sadly, does not come with an 80s hairstyle. Missed opportunity, if you ask me.
My plating skills? Let’s just say today they took a tiny vacation… in the opposite direction of improvement. 😂 But hey, progress isn’t a straight line, sometimes it does a little loop-de-loop just to keep you humble.
Got off early again, so I’m planning to hit the gym and squeeze every drop of joy out of this unexpectedly gorgeous Tuesday evening. Although… the last few days dropped 10–15 degrees, so winter is creeping in like, “Bonjour, did you miss me?”
