Timeless
Especially because lately, I’ve found myself sharing, with quite a bit of enthusiasm, just how much I love living in Miami right now.

Where Would You Be Happiest Living?

The other day, I stumbled across a Facebook ad that instantly caught my attention. It promised to help people figure out where in the world they’d be happiest living, using data, preferences, and a fancy algorithm.

Now, I’m not usually one to be wowed by apps that try to quantify what I consider a deeply personal journey. But I’ll admit, this one got me thinking.

Especially because lately, I’ve found myself sharing, with quite a bit of enthusiasm, just how much I love living in Miami right now. And when I say “love,” I mean I wake up nearly every day with a deep sense of gratitude. It just fits this chapter of my life so well.

Of course, it’s no surprise Facebook served me that ad. It probably heard me raving to someone about how the sunshine, energy, and diversity of this city align perfectly with where I’m at today. (Yes, Big Brother is always listening… 👀)

But seriously, as someone who’s traveled to over 50 countries, I’ve long believed that discovering the best place to live isn’t something an app can truly figure out for you. It’s something you find by getting out there, exploring, experiencing, and feeling the vibe of a place in your bones.

Still, I get the appeal. The app claimed to help you find your ideal city based on your values, lifestyle preferences, cost of living, climate desires, and more. A sort of digital shortcut to happiness.

I can’t knock it, because asking the question alone is powerful:

Where would I be happiest living?

And not enough people ask themselves that.

Your environment, the city, community, climate, culture, can completely transform your day-to-day experience. It can affect your energy, your mindset, your habits, and even the way you dream about your future.

For me, Miami is that place right now.

- I love the warm weather.

- I’m inspired by how health-conscious the people are.

- I appreciate the international flavor and quick access to both Europe and Latin America.

- I love the freedom of being a bit anonymous

- people here rarely ask what I do for a living.

They’re more curious about what I’m passionate about, especially when it comes to wellness and health, which is a big focus for me right now.

I feel energized. Alive. At peace. And while that might not be everyone’s dream combo, it works beautifully for me at this point in my life.

So whether you find your “place” by booking one-way tickets and chasing curiosity like I do…or you’re more of an app-and-data kind of person…I’d encourage you to ask yourself the question anyway:

Where would I be happiest living? Not just where you were born. Not just where your job is. Not just where you “ended up.” But where you thrive.

Because you deserve to live somewhere that brings out your best. A place that fuels the version of you that you’re becoming. Your environment isn’t everything, but it sure as hell matters more than we often admit.

Don’t be afraid to go find your version of “Miami.”

Or whatever city, country, or corner of the world makes you feel most alive.
