I am pleased to announce that I am about to close the third and final Capital Round for Wellness Weekends LLC. This is the parent company that owns the real estate that Hamakua Hotel resides on, as well as the operating company running the hotel. The hotel is off to a wonderful start since we opened in July and the real estate keeps appreciating in the right direction. We successfully raised $1,925,000 through three rounds.
There is one final equity spot left for a $75k investment. There are 39 investors participating and it is an All-Star group of successful and joyful individuals and couples. If you want to join our talented group of investors, this is your final opportunity. Ownership comes with free usage, meaning you get to vacation at the hotel for four nights annually for free.
