Accomplished my primary objectives for my short visit back to Hawaii. So much so, I get to return home to Miami early.
1) Got the final two pool construction subs selected and in contract to finally finish our hotel pool. Estimated completion Nov. 15th.
2) Supported Stacey Breining to get up and running as the new Property Manager at Waterfalling Estate.
3) Ran a retreat (behind the scenes)
4) Raised another traunch of capital to pay for the last of the pool job (I am on the one yard line after 12 months of fundraising - just a little more to go!)
5) Transitioned some venders who I found out were not licensed to provide the services they were providing. This is a systemic problem in Hawaii.
6) Threw a party complete with hula dancers and musical acts in my living room!
Not bad for 14 days!
