Happy to report that I was able to successfully complete our Round 2 Capital Raise for the transformation into Hamakua Hotel and it is now closed. It took a few extra weeks but we got ‘er done! Thank you to the many “The Inspired” ‘members who came on board as investors. This is a power group for sure!
All our renovations are moving along nicely. Now, the race is on to open the hotel. We are projecting July 1st. Lots to do between now and then including launching a brand new website, which I hope to share soon. Our current one is just a placeholder so bookings can occur with the various booking engines.
We will likely also kick off one last capital raise (Round 3) so we can exercise our option to acquire the 22 oceanfront acres next door when we are ready and head into the operational side of things with deep pockets.
