Many of you have inquired as to whether we are going to purchase real estate in Miami, now that it is our primary residence. Our plan is to give ourselves a year to study the various neighborhoods and opportunities before making an investment. If you are interested, I will share what we are seeing. Miami is a complicated real estate market, so it is going to take some time to do it right.
To date we have mainly focused on preconstruction luxury high rise condos for purchase, in the Brickell & Coconut Grove areas of Miami. Here are some photos from the one we like the best so far. It’s called 1428 Brickell. Very unique and elegant with a great location, if the desire is to live in Brickell as it’s right in the center, walking distance to everything.
