In the last five years, I have unearthed more hype and outright fabrications from buyers, sellers, realtors, lenders, contractors, marketers, venders, customers, and workers than I remember in the first twenty-five years of my career combined.

This has led to the necessary creation of new business practices and boundaries. While I have to be on guard more often these days, I credit my newfound presence practice with not over-reacting when I experience such actions by others.
