I am not a big fan of investing in receivables-based start-ups. The return on investment is always a wild guess and there is rarely a clear time line for the return of my invested capital. So, as I alluded to in my introduction, I do things a bit differently. I’ve made 99.99% of my wealth investing in real estate/operating company combo plays. A two-for-one scenario if you will.
I am inviting you to join me as an investor in Weekend Wellness LLC, the owner of the real estate asset and the operating company Bliss Island LLC. The real estate already has an astounding track record of wealth creation, increasing 75% in value in its first two years.
We will attempt to add an operating company with a strong concept to the equation. If successful, it will help increase the overall value of the real estate while appreciation continues to do its job over the next five years. Our target is to exit by the conclusion of 2028.

If we see that wellness weekends are popular at our flagship property Bliss Island, there may be a desire to expand to other regions of the country using the same operating company model plus property ownership. I would not be surprised if this becomes a $100 million-dollar real estate/operating play.
