If you have entertained any of these excuses when contemplating an investment of time or money on your wellness, then welcome to the biggest tribe on the planet.

**WELLNESS WEEKENDS LLC Part 1 of 5**

My commitment to wellness is coming along nicely. I have now lost 20 pounds in just eight days. Not too shabby! I have also created one heck of a business idea that I am already pitching to investors. I would like to share a few bits with this group as I think you will find it interesting. I will post a section a day for about a week. Enjoy!

**THE PROBLEM**

**Sticking with our proven strategy of pairing an enjoyable operating company with a great asset, we have identified a problem we would like to solve for people while our asset appreciates. This includes our customers, friends & families, our investors and ourselves.**

“I hate exercising”...

“I am too busy studying / working / full time parent”...

“I am too tired”...

“It's too difficult or painful”...

“I have an injury”...

“I am too old”...

“It's too expensive”...

“I am too inactive / embarrassed to exercise”...

**If you have entertained any of these excuses when contemplating an investment of time or money on your wellness, then welcome to the biggest tribe on the planet.**

**You know who doesn’t make these excuses? Weekends Warriors! This brand is reserved for people who participate in physically strenuous, and unusual, activities on weekends. To put it simply, they LIVE for their weekends! They do things like kayak Class 5 rapids, scuba dive great barrier reefs, race cars at speed tracks, climb mountains, run triathlons – you get the idea!**

**There’s a LOT of people like this right? Wrong! A simple Google search will confirm that only about 1% to 3% of the entire human race are “Weekend Warriors”.**

**This got me wondering. What the heck are the rest of us doing with our weekends? I did some comprehensive research to find out. Below is a selection of nine of the top twenty ways people spend their weekends.**

**Average weekend hours (population): 18.96

Percentage of population that engages in activity: 99.9%**
