It was my turn to provide the content at my ‘Win Then Play Retreat’ in Austin, Texas yesterday. I chose to use my time to inspire first, and then profile a different way to achieve true wealth.
I taught three primary strategies to transform from being only “income rich” (paycheck to paycheck high roller) to achieving “true wealth” with staggering R.O.I.’s that include aliveness, joy, happiness me money too.
3 Strategies To Achieve True Wealth
1) Design a winning strategy guided by experience and/or wisdom
2) Place the highest possible value on aliveness
3) Change your patterns to eliminate the limitations of linear thinking
After a morning of this content, we all boarded a 56-foot yacht for a water excursion on Lake Travis. It was the first time that over 90% of us had ever set foot on a yacht (me included) and it did not disappoint.
Why do I provide such luxurious experiences at my retreats in the way of gourmet food, mixologists made drinks, 5-star lodging at amazing properties and excursions typically only enjoyed by the Uber wealthy? If you think it is do I can project significance, you’ve got the wrong impression of me.
I do retreats to inspire people to transform into a person that will commit to their dreams and following their bliss. The worlds two biggest limiting beliefs are “I’m not enough” and “I won’t be loved”. A third one enters the minds of my retreat goers. It’s the limiting belief that they have to choose between financial security and doing what their heart truly desires.
So, giving someone an opportunity to experience what their dreams could taste like if they find the courage to overcome these limiting beliefs is extremely motivational and inspirational. It’s akin to dating your success ahead of time. Experiencing ways you might choose to enjoy life from all the abundance you create from following your bliss or achieving your dreams.
My wife Lori Lochtefeld and I have proven to ourselves again and again that anything is possible. We want to inspire others to believe that they are capable of the same. We back this up by helping them brainstorm and providing tactical support. If we really fall in love with a retreat goers chosen journey, we sometimes invest.
Belief in yourself and your desires is the entire ballgame as far as I’m concerned. Do you believe your worthy? That you are enough? That you do not need to sacrifice your passions & dreams for financial security or to stay safe?
Do you believe that your dreams are actually your best pathway to true wealth? My experience tells me that you should! The evidence I possess is irrefutable. But, don’t take my word for it. Find out for yourself!
