**2022 GOALS REVISITED: FROM STUCK TO BOUNCY!!!**
Five years ago, I began designing my life for more joy. Sometimes, I get stuck. I gave an example of that in posts earlier this week. What I have noticed about myself is that I get rewarded with my biggest momentum gains after getting unstuck. An update on my annual goals.
**1)** **Establish a reliable Presence Practice for more Joy, Love, Gratitude & Peace** – I had no idea what an important role my practice would play in 2022. I am just a babe in the woods but its impact is starting to set in and become a powerful tool in my toolkit for more joy, love, gratitude and peace.
**2)** **Lose 5 pounds per month for better Performance** - No longer feeling sorry for myself for getting injured, and unable to do cardio, I adjusted tactics and reached out to my new business partner that I am launching Weight Loss and Wellness Retreats with at Bliss Island. He is a Nutrition expert and graciously designed a gut busting eating plan to heal my gut while reducing my weight. In just the first three days, I lost six pounds putting me back on track for achieving my lofty goal for the year. I have now lost 15 pounds with a week to go in March. I'm stoked!
**3)** **Continue my Bliss Journey of writing my fable at a pace of one chapter per month - completing a rough draft manuscript** - I am writing again. I only posted a few times in February cause I wasn't feeling inspired. Now, I can't stop writing! I hope you are enjoying it. Also, I have now completed 6 chapters (scenes) of my stage play. My plan was to convert it from a stage play to a book once completed (my creative preference). However, one of the greatest bounces from getting unstuck, I have come to the wonderful conclusion that I am not meant to be an author. ***I am a Playwright.*** More on this transformation in a future post.
**4)** **Host 16 retreats in Hawaii, 4 in Destin** – Selling retreats was one of my biggest concerns in January and February cause A, it’s hard, and B, they play such a huge factor in creating moments of joy. My worries are now alleviated. Bliss Island now has 18 retreats on the books for the year. I already had one in Destin with two more booked. And, I moved the fourth one to Austin and it is spots short of being sold out! Bam!!! 20 Retreats to bring me joy in 2022!
**5)** **Complete custom pool build-out at Bliss Island** – My bank required getting an appraisal of my Hawaii property in order to be consider for a loan to build the pool. Bought the property 20 months ago. New appraisal came in 60% more than what I bought it for. Bam! Loan approved. Thank you Universe for greatly increasing the value of my property in such a short amount of time. I meet with the owner of the Construction company today to agree on a start date for the build out.
