Timeless
what we focus on grows. What we ignore stalls or suffers.

Another month coming to a swift end. Did you have a good month? Did you gain or lose momentum on your annual goals? What did you learn?

My month was mixed. I made huge strides towards two of my annual goals that were neglected in January (building a pool on Bliss Island & hosting 20 retreats), but lost momentum on the three I kicked ass on in January (presence practice, fitness, and book writing).

What did I learn? It’s pretty obvious. I crushed the more personal goals in January but then saw them take a back seat to my more business related goals in February. I proved to myself for the millionth time, that what we focus on grows. What we ignore stalls or suffers. I need to learn how to expand my focus beyond just two or three focal points.

My goal in March will be to find a balance where all five of my annual goals benefit from my focus. How about you? What did you learn about yourself in February?

Key lesson: What you focus on grows; what you ignore stalls or suffers.

Summary: February goals review: focus expanded what he grew and shrank what he ignored.
