One of my best friends from high school came to visit me in Hawaii today. I’ve only seen him a handful of times since high school. We drifted apart as our lives took us on different journeys, but the bond is still there. His name is Ted Bull.
The beautiful thing about decades old friendships is how easy they are to restart and pick up where you left off. All it takes is some story telling to get caught up.
It has become clear to me over the last four years that life is really about two things. Love and Joy. Fill it up with these two things and it will be a life well lived!
